Where is the Estimated Completion Date Found
I have a GRANT of an appeal with the VLJ that was granted in April 2019, TDIU dating back to 2012. I am told by the DVA that I also was awarded P and T and that the completion date is October 9, 2019, tomorrow. I know in the past I could see the Prep for Notification and estimated completion on Ebenefits but that has all been moved to Va.gov now and I see nothing there other that the GRANTED statement and a timeline for a remand that was also on appeal. Does anyone know if you can still see the estimated completion date anywhere and if so, where do I find it. Thank you

ptsd Where Is My Decision Letter?
I have received a letter from the dav dated the April 15th stating that they have reviewed a recent decision the va made on my appeal for service connection for PTSD. Service connection is granted with a rating of 70% assigned. Individual unemployment is deffered. It is now the April 22nd, still no letter from the va, and no money. I have lost everything...and I mean everything because of PTSD...house, land, marriage, right to see child unsupervised, drivers license, vehicle, 14 jobs since leaving the service in 2003. I have been kicked out of homeles shelters and have moved 6 times within the last year. I live with a friend right now. I NEED this money that I am s…

Where Do I Send Reconsideration Request
I have no idea. This ripping my insides out. My county vso is horrible. I am horrified to trust her with this. My one year is up to file nod in May. I have all my new and material evidence ready and the form filled out. Do I send it to varo or to intake center? My evidence is overwhelming in my favor. I believe once seen this should go quickly but I want to send it to the right place since my year is up in May. Help please.

Where do I send my NOD?
Good morning! I'm submitting my NOD for an increase in the awarded rating (I received 50% and think I deserve 70%). I'm also submitting additional evidence the rater did not have access to. My original RO in California (San Diego) handled the claim but we have since moved to Florida. In my reward letter it states to send the NOD to the RO that issued the decision yet it also states to send all correspondence to one of two Evidence Intake Centers. If I'm supposed to send it to an intake center which one should I send it to...for California it's in Janesville, WI and in Florida it's in Newman, GA? I'm in Florida now but the decision was sent from San Diego RO. Should…

Where Do I Appeal?
I filed my claim through the Chicago Regional Office, as I was living in Illinois at the time. I have since moved to California. My claim is at the Preparing for Decision phase now. If, when, I need to appeal do I do it through the Regional Office here or Chicago? How do I get any appeals or claims moved to my new location? Just trying to be ready ahead of time.

When will va.gov "Status" change
Hello, va.gov has shown my "ISSUES" as closed and Granted for just over 2 months. However, the "status" a Judge is reviewing your claim has not changed. Can someone give me an idea why "the judge is reviewing your claim" is taking so long to update? Is there a reason why it is taking so long to change? Thank you.. Add

When To Use A Vso In A Nod
I filed a notice of disagreement and all the appropriate information. I did this on my own following the guidelines and without the assistance of a VSO. I realize I am in the backlog but, is there any reason to have a VSO if I have already submitted all the information [including civilian doctor's analysis of every medical evaluation and decision]? I do not want to take away from the VSOs but, if I am waiting for the DRO and possibly BVA, am I just signing up a VSO that will have little impact at this point? William

ptsd When To Submit New Evidence?
I should find out today if the VA ever got my ssdi records. Assuming they didn't get them, should I submit them before they start working on my nod for ptsd, while they're wrapping up my asthma reduction?

When to file an appeal of disability award
Hello. I was given a service connected disability award of 10% for my left knee back in February. I had not gone to the Va after I got out of the military in 97 till I applied last December. They awarded my disability based on pain knee motion from the cp exam and my in service treatment records. I had mentioned on my application and at the cp exam also about my issue extending my leg from a seated position or when any resistance or weight is applied. Now coming to an end of my initial physical therapy at the Va, there is a a lot of issues with strengthening my knee that can be related to my knee locking out. My American legion rep believe I should file an appea…
