Re: Project 112 And Shad —
June 6,2010 RE: Project 112 and Project SHAD — http://www.veteransv...asp?News_id=686 Veterans from 1960's chemical tests press for help By Erica Werner Associated Press "Lawmakers and veterans of secret Cold War-era chemical and germ tests on military personnel demanded help from the Bush administration Thursday, but they got no satisfaction. Officials from the Pentagon and Veterans Affairs Department said there was no need for legislation to guarantee health care and benefits to the veterans. Shad Gwv Iraq/afganistion Connection?
I have started some research on the 9 new proposed presumptives for GWVs, and Iraq and Afganistan vets. As I said in the topic I posted on this- some of these bacterial or parasitic infections are mild, needing minimal treatment and some of them can become fatal. I wonder if VA knows which ones are which. I picked Coxiella burnetii to do further research on and found this mentioned in some BVA decisions in which the veterans did have some form of heart disease and other serious disabilties. “Coxiella burnetii (Q Fever) “Only about one-half of all people infected with C. burnetii show signs of clinical illness. Most acute cases of Q fever begin with sudde…

ptsd Edgewood Arsenal Experiments
Between 1952 and 1975, the US Army acknowledged that 7,200 GI's were involved in the medical experimentation program. These guys were exposed to all kinds of war gases, to hallucinogenic drugs, to all kinds of stuff. I am one of the "medical volunteers". I had no idea that they had tested psychoactive drugs on me, until Sept, 2009. I asked the National Personnel Records Center for a copy of my 201 (Personnel) File, and enclosed in it were 4 pages of medical records from Edgewood Arsenal. Clearly written on one of those pages were the words, "OK for psycho chems" followed by a set of initials. I contacted the web site that the Edgewood Arsenal Web Pages for medic…

Other Military Human Experimentation Projects
Since we are discussing "HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION". I am searching for information regarding any Army URI ( upper respiratory infection ) experiments at Ft. Dix NJ, during the winter and spring of 1967? A group of us were sent to a clinic every morning and given fluid to gargle with every day. I got so sick with URI, that I was taken out of the program, or the experiment was over. I can't remember for sure. Any info about this incident will be helpful.
