Lawsuit Was Ended Yesterday In San Francisco
Our case was about Moral Bankruptcy and anyone, other than the legal system, could see its validity. It appears we are not going to trial because most of the case has been disposed of in the attached judgment. We prevailed in the Duty to Warn issue, but will they faithfully follow-up? Today is my birthday and it is not a happy one. However, we all need to put this these issues aside now, as there can be no resolution, just bitterness, and that is not good for any of us so I advise that you let it go. I believe the plaintiffs did their best as did the lawyers in this uphill battle. Best Regards to all of you, Eric /////////////////////////////////////////////////…

Secrecy Release
Finally there is a release from Secrecy for the events that happened over 40 years ago. This is an admission. Most of the operations did not give consent to military while being guinea pigged out. /applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=5946" rel="norewrite">SHAD Secrecy Release.pdf SHAD Secrecy Release.pdf

Fort Greely Article From 1973 Interesting Read
I wanted to post this article and at least let some folks know about where Jerrel and I and some other members served. The year is 1973 and the first picture of the troops and the Arctic Test Center(ATC) was just about taken where the new Missile Defense command is now. Also the last photo of the article shows the Army Sm1a Nuclear Reactor in the left lower part. It is the cylinder looking silo style building. Just some part of the Project 112 program. NEVER GIVE UP . God Bless, C.C. http://asc.army.mil/docs/pubs/alt/archives/1973/Nov-Dec_1973.PDF

Court Orders Va To Turn Over Data
VA Must Disclose Veteran Drug Test Documents Monday, July 23, 2012 (CN) - Veterans won another court order requiring the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to hand over more documents about its Cold War-era drug experiments on thousands of Vietnam veterans. U.S. Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley in Oakland, Calif., said the document s requested were "squarely relevant" to the claim that the government failed to adequately notify veterans of the chemicals they were exposed to and what that exposure might do to their health. The Army and the CIA, with the help of Nazi scientists, used at least 7,800 veterans as human guinea pigs for testing the effects of up t…

Contaminants
http://salem-news.com/articles/december142009/marines_ro.php Military Superfund Sites Camp Lejeune and former MCAS El Toro are not the only military bases on the EPA Superfund list. If you were stationed at any of the following bases, you may want to check the contaminants of concern and the related health effects. Our government has no policy to inform veterans of their possible exposure to these contaminants and their health effects. You may even want to share this information with your medical care provider. Feres Doctrine...justice Scalia...protects Guinea Pigs Ops.
Is it clear what Congress opinion is on regarding the Feres Doctrine? -------------------------------------------------- http://www.nuclearfiles.org/menu/key-issue...-08.htm#seventh G. THE FERES DOCTRINE SHOULD NOT BE APPLIED FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL WHO ARE HARMED BY INAPPROPRIATE HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION WHEN INFORMED CONSENT HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN. The U.S. Supreme Court has interpreted the Feres Doctrine to mean that soldiers "injured in the course of activity incident to service" may not sue the Government for compensation. (Note 168) However, when inappropriate experimentation has resulted in suffering for military personnel, this interpretation stands in violatio…
