The following is the index with links to the various Training and Fast Letters plus a few miscellaneous. These letters are not necessarily in the original formatting. I have tried to present them in an easy-to-read form instead of some forms as originally presented. Some of the paragraphs were WAAAAYYY too long. lol - HadIt.com Member fanaticbooks Something to be aware....Some of these letters may be rescinded, outdated, or otherwise no longer viable. I have still included them because sometimes they provide additional insight or just plain more information than the newest version. Use them wisely. The oldest letters will display at the bottom with the latest letters disp…

Hi All, Have a couple of questions regarding chapter 35 benefits for my spouse. I as awarded P&T Disability by the VA back in May of 2021 due to Unemployability. My wife had already been in Nursing school for approximately 1 year. So she chose the date to start her eligibility to begin when she started school. No problem, the VA reimbursed her for the monthly payment that she was due from when she began class, approximately $1,200.00 for each month for about 12 months. My question is does VA only pay this $1,200.00 per month or do they also pay for tuition costs? I have read online that they do also pay the tuition and read different posts that say VA d…

Hello, I was hoping someone could help me find the law, regulation or official policy and guidance regarding retroactive backpay. Specifically I'm looking for the official written rules regarding the calculation of back pay using the various rates of each year. Basically I want the rules that say why they don't pay your backpay at the going rate and use the rates from all the years they didn't pay.

Protected Work Environment (AKA Sheltered Work Environment) for TDIU: What does it actually mean? If you are TDIU (Total Disability based on Individual Unemployability or IU), you are limited in how much income you can have from employment. That limit is called "marginal employment" and is the Federal Poverty Level for a single person and is currently $13,300/yr or $1,118/mo GROSS. Marginal employment comes into play when a veteran is seeking TDIU, a VA disability benefit available to veterans whose service-connected disabilities make them unable to work. TDIU compensates veterans at the 100% disability rating amount and benefits, even if their total combined …

Hi all, This is my first post on here. Some background: I am active duty for another 3 weeks as an infantryman in the usmc. I filed a BDD claim (or the one that you can file 6 months before you get out) with the VA for some of the issues I have. The grunt life has been tough on my body and mind, and I decided I would file a claim for some of the things that started to bother me when I was in. This was in Feb, and I had 3 C&P exams in March (hearing/tinnitus, the one with pain in joints/body, and MH). Overall, I was surprised with the speed of the process and timely nature of the process. I've heard horror stories, but none of applied to me so far. I'm a mortarma…
