Input on TDIU claim
Good afternoon everyone, I was hoping that someone more knowledgeable may be able to provide input on my claim. Im currently rated a combined 90%, 70% PTSD w/alcohol use disorder and 50% cirrhosis. I haven't been able to work since 2017. I filed a claim for TDIU but VA rejected the claim after my C&P so I retained an attorney. I then had a virtual assessment with a licensed psychologist who assessed me and wrote up his findings. My attorney filed a supplemental claim and included the letter from the psychologist. 100% scheduler and TDIU p&t-How to make TDIU moot
Long story short-I was 90% scheduler and awarded TDIU. Many years later I received 100% scheduler p&t, and the VA kept the TDIU designator. So I am currently 100% scheduler with TDIU and permanent and total My question is, has anyone ever asked the VA to make the TDIU moot? If so, have there been any negative ramifications from the VA because you asked them to make the TDIU moot? I am aware I will loose smc s designator and I am ok with that. My concern is that I dont want to go through another round of c and p exams. I just want the TDIU to be declared moot.

Applied for UI and was denied
I applied for 100% unemployability on my own after my VSO did nothing to help with the process back in February 2021. I received my decision this month stating that I was denied and was also reduced from 70% to 50% for PTSD and depression. They removed anxiety and alcohol use. When I was asked questions during my C&P they kept asking me what happened within the last year, not what happened since the date of injury, which was 2013. I'm not sure how to approach this issue any further. I want to appeal but I want my entire case looked at because I feel that I've been unjustly reviewed. What should I do for 100% UI?
