Question

Not sure which topic to ask this question on. I put it here because the main part of my claim is for UI. Is there any months that stand out in seeing more success stories than others? As I talk with the 1-800 number lately, the reps seem to be relating to me that my claim is nearing decision more than usual. Claim is over 14 months old. No real concrete statement from them but I am Reading more into what they don't say I guess. They say they have everything in requested and it should not be much longer. I was advised not to add any other claim at this time because it might slow the other down the UI.

I am reading tea leaves, and the entrails of dead animals, but I think November-December is a good time. I don't know if there are any statistics on this.

Thats cool, I could Handle some good news from the VA this month. But being my usual pessimistic self, I wont hold my breath. Usually the stress meter is real high around the holidays and I myself would find it hard to phathom anybody from VARO, sending me a yuletide gift. ;) Come on VARO, prove me wrong, I double dare you.

Personally I think that a New fiscal year brings an increase to the numbers of awarded claims. That is when the new budgets take effect.

October, November

Spend it while u got it, couldn't agree more with u. That might be why there has been seen such a delay on retro payments in the last few months.

I didn't know there was a delay on retro right now. But my claim has been with the rater (in hands) for 2 weeks now and I feel I will see something real soon, what ever it may be.

And as far as seeing granting claims it looks as though towards the backside of the year is good for granting more claims and the beginning of the year is less but that is just my observation over the last 2 years. Even better for appeals...

I don,t think there is know barring on a month, that more claims get rated, because the rater is require to do a sudden numbers of claims every month. When A claim goes to rhe rater and there is only one issue, your claim will probably get rated between 30 to 60 days, when you have multiple issue,it could be 60 or more.
