Varicose Sele

Rate this question

Question

I had a surgical procedure while on active duty during Desert storm in 1991, it was to remove a varicose sele. It caused me pain in my legs, mostly my left. I had difficulty standing or sitting for periods of time. I knew nothing of filing for disability back then, nor did I care. But since then the pain in my legs has started back and the discomfort, stress is back again. I have a occupation where I am on my feet most of the day. And the pain is killing me. Can I file now for that procedure or am I wasting my time. Thanks

Harry, I am sure that if you had surgery, while on active duty it would be sc'ed. At what rate I couldnt tell you. Definitely start working on a claim for it though. I put a couple links for you to look at and help others who don't no what it is. Hope this helps.
