How long Until VA pays Me the 100% rate for down Time after surgery?

That is what I believe -3 months retro at 100% comp rate less any SC comp you got during that time frame.

Do you have a formal claim pending for any residuals after the temp convalescence comp?

Or a higher rating claim or SMC claim? If not I assume the retro in your case is the 3 months and they only made one decision- on the temp convalescence claim.

In some cases the temp comp can be extended but I don't see any evidence here that you asked for additional temp comp.

I didn't ask for anything specifically, other than the Convalescent rating.

I have a appeal for a higher rating up from 30%, It's a vision claim and my eyes seem to constantly be getting worst
