I doubt seriously if they will even ask you. If they do, what the hey.......just tell them that you are his "significant other"......that'll usually get them, right in the Legal Plexus.

The C&P examiner will most likely not resist unless

it is a Mental Health exam - and then the claimant should

just be "nice" but insistent that you be allowed into the exam with him.

I go into C & P exams with my clients all the time. When they ask, I say that I am their caretaker. They don't ask any question and let me in.
