Relationship Between Heart Disease And Creases In The Ear Lobes

I remember reading about this somewhere in 1994. My husband asked me to see if his lobes seemed to have the creases and they did. But after numerous EKGs for 6 prior years and an ECHO-since the VA never mentioned he had any heart disease and he received no treatment for it at all,so we didnt worry about the creases.

A few months after reading this article- he dropped dead. The VA failed to diagnose and treat his long standing heart disease in time.

There is definitely a medical rationale for the ear lobe-heart disease connection.

I have a honkin big deep crease in my left ear lobe, but can't help thinking.....could it just be a wrinkle due to aging?? I am getting rather long in the tooth :)
