Travel Board Decision

I went in front of the Travel Board in Atlanta on 12 February 2009 for an increase in my lower back condition, and pain down both legs. I am currently receiving 40% for lower back condition L5 - S1, and 10% for each leg because of burning pain. The Judge stated she wanted to close this case out within 30 days. My question is, when should I expect to get the rating back?

Just a little history of my condition, I have had three back surgeries and the last one was a back fusion, which none of it has helped because I am still in pain.
