Question
Old Grunt
I was finally moved to 100% in 2007 for a variety of medical conditions including PTSD and unemployability. I filed for disabilty
with social securiety and was turned down and appealled. I have an attorney of record but I was just wondering what type of
sucess or experience other veterans have had in similar cases.
I'm 62 was in Nam in 67 was gainfully employed for over 40 yrs., had some problems over the yrs. with fights drinking etc. and
finally was sent for help and I would like to know what I may be looking forward to when I finally do get to the Adminastrative
Law Judge and if there is anything I should be doing about it taking well over 1 1/2 yrs. noow.
