Not sure what you are referring to but on the face a Court Decison sent back to be done over.

The Federal Circuit Court is the next level of appeal after the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. It sounds like the Circuit Court found fault with the way the claim was handled, vacated (nullified) the decision, and remanded the claim (sent it back to the Court) to be done over, in line with the Circuit Court's findings.

A remand is the equivalent of a "win" to my understanding, so this is a good thing for the vet.

Vacated means the BVA decision was wrong, and the Court told them to correct their mistake, and further develop the claim before making another decision. ~Wings
