C&p Exam

Rate this question

Question

I just got informed that I have a c&p exam on a claim I filed a NOD and is pending a DRO review/hearing. My question, should I give the doctor at the exam my IMO exam findings, should I turn it into the VARO or both?

Thank you,

Bergie

Think what it feels like when the shot wears off.

If you have an IMO, I would definitely give a copy to the VARO. Take it in

yourself and have it date stamped.

I would then take the date stamped copy with me, for sometimes these

things, don't make it to the C&P.

In my case my date stamped " Buddy Letter" was not in my file.

This is just my opinion.
