I CALLED MY REP/POWER OF ATTORNEY TODAY FOR AN UPDATE.....

I WAS TOLD THAT MY CLAIM HAS BEEN DECISIONED AND CONTRACTED OUT.

HE CANT FIND OUT WHAT THE DECISION IS AND DOESNT KNOW WHY IT WOULD BE FARMED OUT EXCEPT (HE THINKS TO EXPEDITE DUE TO OVERLOAD AT THE R.O.)

ANYONE EVER HEARD OF THIS???OR ANYTHING LIKE IT??

IF IT HAD BEEN DECISIONED WHY WOULD THEY GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Getting your claim farmed out may benefit you but sometimes it is hard to deal with. Your Rep can see everything the VA has in the computer no matter where the claim is. You should ask him to look for it or put you with someone who will help you.

You can also do an Iris inquiry and they may tell you more.

CAN MY VET CENTER REP GET THE SAME INFO?

MY P of A FOLKS CHANGED REPS (NO LONGER THERE)3 TIMES.

SO I CANT REALLY TRUST THEM.
