Question
MrPain7
I recieved a call today from the review officer in baltimore today
advising me that after going over my files i do have loss of use but
i should forward my claim for peripheral neuropathy to the BVA because
he dosn't have the power to award loss of use for my lower extremities
I have seizure disorder 100% 50% pes planus 50% bipolar and (20% cervical 10% lumbar LowBalled) also he informed me that a doctor at the
VA stated my motor sensory neuropathy was more likely hereditary this is the first time I every heard of this...I have read in my medical records were it states head, neck and back injuries caused my being thrown from truck that is not hereditary and my seizures, radiculopathy and peripheral neuropathy I feel that is the cause and if not it could be due to my epilepsy Over the years i have had severe falls and injuries .
