Epilepsy Secondary To Tbi

Question

I am 100% service connected for seizure disorder for over 30 years.

I was going thru my recent medical records and read the physicians statement that my seizure disorder was secondary to TBI,I never filed or recieved service connection for TBI so should i file for it or let it pass???

In Oct 2008 the regs for TBI were changed to be more advantageous to the veteran.
