Question

I just wanted to say that I have a great VR rep. She is wonderful, a breath of fresh air. Totally different compared to my first rep who not only was crude, unsympathetic, by the book cold librarian robot but stressed me out which made my even poorer physical condition even harder to deal with.

I read many stories of dealing with VA personnel who are not helpful to say the least but I hope that one day you other vets get or work with someone who actually wholeheartedly cares and makes you fell better. :D

I know what you mean. My Service Officer just took a new job. No one likes the new one. The previous one had us spoiled rotten.
