Question

I'm receiving 20% sc for right shoulder i'm attempting to get bilateral for left shoulder.

now i did'nt have any problems while on active duty but i'm having problems with my left shoulder, arm and hand. So i began treatment with a private doctor.

upon completion of my last visit he stated that "joint and muscle pain are due to overuse".

My question is this statment helpful ?

It could be if your doctor is willing to provide documentation to establish a "nexus", that this is the result of your SC right shoulder. I recommend you have an MRI/MRA and xrays to support the claim. Also, if he is not an ortho doc, have an ortho doc concur with the diagnosis.

Good luck,

Bergie
