Question

My case at the BVA was finally 'settled' on 9/8/09. Does anyone know what that term means? I tried to do a google search for the term on hadit.com from my phone last night but had major issues.

So if this has been posted before someone can post the link as my response.

Thanks bunches :P

1994,

That is how they did me. I think if it comes to quick it will typically be a denial. I would however get some specialists opinion and appeal to the CAVC. Remember the persistent get paid because they don't have enough to pay everyone.

You bet-as Pete said Hang in there-regroup and come back fighting-

I have enough denial letters to wallpaper my bathroom with them-

we know how miserable this feels-

it takes hard work and persistence but it all pays off-

good idea to read the Posts here as to PTSD and MST.And you can appeal the denial to the CAVC.

Have you purchased any type of insurance within those years that perhaps would trigger an insurance company to get those private med recs? Or had any employment physical that could have generated copies of them?

Berta, thanks for your response and all that you do.

I am in between residences and my old documents are in storage. I found a place today so I will be moving things around early next month. I am going to really dig this time. I know that there has to be something in those files. I am a pack rat so I keep every single strip of paper. I know I have most of my info since at least around 88 when I joined the Navy. :-)
