B) Every time I have ever appealed a decision by the Regional VA Office in Winston-Salem, NC it takes forever. I am tired, very tired of hearing that have a huge backlog of appeals. If they would get the decisions right the first time there would not be such a huge backlog. Even so, there is no way it should take an average of a year and a half for decisiion on an appeal!!! The Secretary of Veteran's Affairs is not doing a very good job in my opinion and he is probably too busy going to luncheons and useless meetings to go each and every VA Medical Center and Regional Center to see what is really going on!!!!!
