A Great Day!

Question

Just wanted to share glad tidings and thank everyone who helped with advice and encouragement over the years.

I just got my 100% "total and permanent" the other day. Elated, of course, but even as impressive the VA actually admitted "mishandling" an earlier appeal which was denied. Hence, I received back pay from Oct 2007, rather than July 2008 (which I was expecting if I did win a rate increase).

Once again thanks. And to those still fighting for their rights: get frustrated, get angry and upset, but NEVER give up - I almost did!
