tdiu Am I Eligible?

I received my NOD and now am 100% schedular as well as TDIU.

I received a 60% for right knee due to knee replacement with residual pain and weakness, and have a 10% rating for the left knee. I also have 10% for plantar fasciitis as well as some other disabilities that are SC.

My only question is about the Bi-Lateral of the knees combined with the plantar fasciitis. I have to use a cane to walk around and even then am only limited to short distances or standing for a short period of time. Should this be rated at 70% and should the plantar be added to that since it is the same extremeties? The plantar was for both feet, total 10%.
