Claim For Sexual Trauma

Rate this question

Question

I was sexually assaulted by a superior while in the service, and now I'm filing a claim based on that. The trouble is that I didn't report the assault to anyone, and I have nothing other than what my life is like now compared to what it was before I started serving.

What needs to be included in the stressor letter and the paperwork for the claim? If it requires documentation of any type, I have nothing directly related to what happened to me.

How long has it been since you were assulted and discharged? It will require some kind of documentation. You need a psychiatrist or couselor to help you deal with this.
