C&p For A Bunch Of Things

Rate this question

iraqrecall

Question

Did my C&P for a bunch of stuff but have not heard back yet. Do have some questions.

During the ENT part the Doc's found a polyp on my Vocal Cord and have since removed it. The C&P was for sinusitist,

Do I have to make a seperate claim for that or will it get included in the C&P results they send in to be rated.

Also was told I have degenerative Disc disease. Had put in for Back Pain. How does that play into things. Was already diagnoist with type II Diabetied during a VA physical and claimed that. (Agent Orange) Also was told my sleep study folks that I have restrictive breathing (not apnia) and restless leg syndrom. How are those clasified. So last question is, I was relased from Active duty in June and just returned from Iraq, are the first Claims presumtive SC even if I do not have anything in my medical records. I belive the Diabetes is for Agent orange.

Now just to clear the air. I am 63 years old and yes I got to play in Vietnam twice and once in Iraq as a retiree recall.

Just too dumb to quit I guess. <_<

Got the big envelope.

30% polyps on vocal cords,

Hypertension Deferred

PTSD Deferred.

Degenerative Disc Disease denied.

Along with the prior stuff I am at 60% total right now.

The letter said they are setting up appointments for the deferred items. Still nothing on my GERDS claim.

Headed in right direction but real happy with what I have recieved already.happy.gif

This is smart on your part that you went in with the entire list. That was my mistake. After falling in 15 foot hole on active duty I realize now I had alot more injuries that I always had symptoms for but did not force them to diagnose. Even though I am a TDIU P&T it has been difficult trying to get certain things that I need for treatment like my (power chair) which I finally got and now I am trying to get loss of use for what is result of spinal myelopathy and radiculapthy, stenosis that I was never diagnose for. I just got the results from my MRI and knew all along (over the past few years) that my back and legs stop had serious problems. I tried to tell them but they made it sound like I was just talking off the top of my head. I had no problem getting medications. I have learned that you need to every now and then pull a copy of your records from the treatment faciltiy because they sometimes put in wrong stuff or dont document certain things about your condition and may not always give you your test results until months later. Then when you file your claim you find out you don't have the proper documentation that should have been noted. They will go sometimes as far as saying it to your face and you think they are putting it in the system to find out none of it is in there. So make sure you check as you go. Don't give up when you get denied. Sometimes it seems like you got to catch them on a good day:blush:
