Plain White Pages Mixed Within C File?

Rate this question

Question

I have found several plain white / no print pages mixed within my "C" File. The flashing alarm light comes on "Could I have missing data" or is this a common problem within VA coping process?

Thanks again for any replies

Ken

only true way to find out is to go to the VARO and request to look at your c-file. Compare the info to the info that you have. You are only allowed 1 free copy of entire file, then they charge you (FYI). Try and organize all your information. Make folders for each claim, if possible. I think it might be easier for you to know what you are looking for. Separate SMC (service medical records) from the VA progress notes. ALso look for stuff that you know you ahve not seen before. After all this make copy

Hope this helps, sorry for the drawn out explanation.
