Question

I am working on my CPT. Just started. What jumps out on me is the differential from an assertiveness person, to a person that is afraid. what I see is a pattern from 1991. Imagine being borne and grew up in a town, going back to bury a love one, and feeling venerable because I don't have my weapon with me. Now I substituted that for my schutzhund; at the same time I had to sell my puppy due to my disability. Even thou I know it is impossible to trian a dog, my mind is still looking for that protection with two dogs this time. What is the draw back for been too long on my CPT, Cause I have Issues. Anyone has any more advice? I read somewhere were an attack in battle is just a part of war. So how can I turn their normal attack into my PTSD reality.
