Video Conference With Washington

Question

:) I submitted my claim in April of 2007, since then I was denied twice. My recent appeal I asked for a video conference wth Washington. I'm a Korea vet that was on the DMZ in 1968, but I was in the signal corps. I had documentation to prove I was at the DMZ in 1968. Why hasn't the VA looked at or accepted my document? My health is getting worse, I had a heart attack in July 2209, oh yea, I was approved for my SS Disability in 2008, have been drawing that too. How many of these conferences can they do in one or two days?

April to Aug 1968 is when the DOD confirmed the AO in a 151 mile swath souside of the Civilian control line.

PS what did the VA say as to the documentation you sent?

Did they fully acknowledge it?
