Electromyographic Study On Arm

My results polyphasics in differnet locations. I have no idea what polyphasics are. Or if its normal. I've tried searching the web and am totally confused. Anyone whos had an EMG know what this word means.

Poly means many. Phasics would be irregular heart beats in basic terms.
