Cp Re-evaluation

Question

I was wondering if anyone knows what a re-evaluation is based on?? I have lumbar back issues and on a recent award letter for a depression claim, it stated that I would be having a future evaluation on the lumbar issues to see what the severity of the injury is. The condition is the same, its not improved, therapy doesn't help at all, I went for 2 sessions and couldn't tolerated the pain. Any ideas or opinions?

Re- evaluations only affect established compensation when there has been documented sustained improvements from last C & P.

Most disabilities get worse with time, not better or they stay the same- ratingwise.

With 70%- did the VA enclose a TDIU 21-8940 form (Total Dsability due to Individual Unemployability)

with the award for depression?

Or are you stll employed?
