Retro Date For Non Nehmer , & First Time Claims Only

What will be the Retro DATE , for vets that have filed the very first time for the three Presumptive AO claims ?

Nothing in the proposed rules as I can find

ok i filed for residuals of agent orange a long time ago if i remember correctly.

Did any of the three residuals have any thing to do with Heart disease ?

No i said any and all residuals that might arise in the future. I was filing for emphesema not spelled right but i also said any and all residuals that might arise in the future.

now whether that did me any good is unknown if i do have ihd

I doubt the VA or the legal system will allow a such broad interpritation, but who knows, get pro advice....

If that works, I am filling a claim for anything that ever has happened and might not be known today that causes me a change in my health...
