Upcoming C & P Exam

I have an upcoming CP exam. After repeated visits to mental health on base in service they referred me to a civilian psychiatrist who prescribed medication. I enlisted at 17 with no history of counseling or behavior problems and have had problems relating to maintaining employment since, abused alcohol to cope in service. Am wondering how I should be framing my experience in the exam.

They were able to locate the civilian psyche and mailed him a letter, don't know what his response was, but I think it helps that I was able to have him located for proof the referral occurred.

I would also request from the private MH doc, a copy of my records.

The doc should have a standard template to go by. I would recommend you go in there dressed the way you do everyday, if you don't shower/shave than go in there unbathed/unshaven. You want them to see you as you are in everyday life. As for the questions be honest, thorough, and complete.
