I have a claim submitted for an increase in benefits for lower extremities which were rated as mild but are now severe and have had my C&P exam. Should I file for TDIU now or wait until this claim is settled? As I understand it, when a certain % is reached for a common etiology, TDIU is infured. Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.
