What happens to new evidence if a veterans submit if after his/her file goes back to BVA after it was remanded? Will the new evidence cause it to get remanded again or will BVA use the evidence and make a decision. The new evidence is on a claim that was denied, the veteran appealed it and VA never processed it, so BVA remanded it and a new C & P exam was given in 2009. Now I have more evidence after the C & P exam but BVA has not made their decision.

Yes, I am sending everything to the BVA in the morning certified returns signature and they should have it the next day but I will still have to wait until it gets in the system. I will call BVA in the morning to see if I can get an ATTN: line to hopefully go to the right person or section and then the wait and see.
