Bva Question

I called the BVA status line and I was informed that my claim is with the attorneys. Since I do not have an attorney or attorneys, I don't know what this means. Most to all my claims have been settled at the VARO level and this is only my second time my file is at the BVA. So my question is, what did they mean by saying my claim is with the attorneys?

BVA attorneys are the ones adjudication your claim.

Just received Confirmation from postal service that delivery was made to BVA on April 28, 2010 at 11:31 am and receipt of person signing for documents. Now if they Just started reviewing my case then it will be hard for them to say that they did not get it in time.
