2ndclassvet Posted May 19, 2010 Share Posted May 19, 2010 Make sure you let the Regional Office know of the missed appointment and ask them to reschedule you. They are the ones that request the C&P exam. The hospital has already sent the report that you were a no show. You can send an IRIS request or call the 800 number. I would do it via IRIS so that there is a paper trail. Good Luck. Having been in this same position (missed apt.), BES URE you take names of anyone you talk to on the phone at Reghional Office. I didn't and the call asn't annotated, so my claim denied.........I'm still fighting for it...... I liked you post about patience... Good luck. Ratings in Phx. AZ has nor flex. Was my first time going to that hospital, and was major construction on highway in. I even called to tell them I'd be about 15 minutes late...... I was in the clininc when the Dr. called me......probably a Fee Based retired old fart, he wouldn't see me as I wasn't checked in on time. NBottom line he was an ass and it took all my will not to go knock him out. But here we sit 2+ years later still fighting. From sound of many here my time frame is still noob..
