Cva Vba Ptsd Appeals Decisions

Question

Is there any way to identify a veteran who claim has been adjudicated at either the CVA or VBA? I am helping someone what has found a successful claim based on the same incident. The decision just says "the veteran" and doesn't give a name.

We believe his claim would provide a roadmap but we cannot identify him. He could also provide the ultimate "buddy" letter.

Thanks

No they don't want you to be able to contact a Veteran who beat them.

Jim,

If there was an attorney of record on that specific BVA case - you can contact

that attorney.
