Question

Hey people, Im new here. I was wondering as to the possibility of total unplayability. I am only 10% for my knees now and Im trying to get PTSD SC. But I have a history of DOZENS of jobs when I got out out the military. I just looked at my Social Security job record: I had 60 jobs from 1992 through 2007, thats an average of 4 jobs a year. So what do I do or need to do???

Actually a good month can hurt you they will only go back as far as your initial claim or the last time you had gainful employment. Best thing is to see what they serve up and than decide if ok or have to appeal

Good Luck

That is a lot of jobs, but for unemployability you need a doctor, Va or otherwise, to declare you unemployable.

Otherwise, you need a 70% combined rating or higher with a doctor stating you are unemployable to get a 100% unemployable rating via the VA (last time I checked).

T.S.
