Just found this today, Seems to take away part of the appeals process, according to online article "Is the VA proposing another shell game?" What yalls opinion?

I cannot figure out what the hell this means,, to me it looks like they are saying they can process more claims if they did not have to take the time to explain decisions..

is that what all this says?

Yes, I am of similar thought. But I thought I read something there about not being allowed to appeal or something like that. At work now so I will reread it when I get home.
