Just got the notice today, it's for next month.

I'm already scared sick. There's no one who can go with me, and it's close to 100 miles to get down there.

I'm so anxious about this. Criminy, it's weeks from now. If I'm this scared now, by the time it comes around, I'll be a raving wreck, or a petrified lump of wood.

Be kind to yourself. Go fishing or watch a movie or something. I always find comfort in just a good old nap.

Try to control your worrying until the night before. You are just like me, but I have ever confidence you will be just fine.

Josephine, thanks for the advice & support. I'm going to try to stay calm, but it's going to be a struggle!

John, yes! That's one of the things I'm worried sick about. It's a 2 hour drive, what if the car doesn't start, what if there's construction or an accident. The appointment is in the afternoon, but I'm going to be in that parking lot at the crack of dawn.

Best thing to do is to smoke a joint before you go in.

You will be fine with the exam,don't worry.

Just answer the questions to the best of your ability.

If asked don't say anything negative about your parents and growing up.

If you are presently in treatment at the Vet Center, that will help your claim.

After my exam I was all bumbed out and felt like shit but it all worked out.
