hi all;

well i am back for your advise on The Direct Express^® Debit MasterCard.

is anyone using this?

what do you think of this card?

is this a better choice than any other debit card?

what is negative things about this card?

i was told by a veteran i was chatting with at muskogee that it is a good thing to use, he changed from his personal bank to this.

i use my bank for auto deposit at this time.

as always, i appreciate all you advice.

If you don't have a credit card or debit card may be ok but what does it cost?

Credit wise it is better to use a credit card and pay if off each month. You get certain protection for your purchases using a credit card. If you can't use a credit card without paying the whole thing off each month then pay by check or cash. I don't like debit cards. If you just buy your gas with a credit card and pay it off each month for a few years you will have a shinning credit rating. Using a debit card does nothing for your credit. Having a good credit rating saves you money on everything from insurance to buying a car or house. If you have a good credit rating when you need a loan you can get it without going to a loan shark. Get a secured credit card if you have to get anything.

hi all;

this was my husband that i was speaking of. i do not understand the disability ratings system. this is what a veteran rep told me. my husband was severely injured while in service and that caused his honorable discharge and eventually his death.
