The person in question and his being surrounded by bodies and his young age:

The fact that he was surrounded by bodies daily should rise to the requirement that he was horrorfied.

And, because this occurred as a part of his required duty would also rise to the requirement that he was feeling an excess amount of helplessness, not being able to remove himself from the area where the bodies were stored.

You need to "cover" this with him, and get him receptive to this mode of thinking. It is part of his PTSD for him NOT to want to spend ANY time thinking about this and the psychological effect that it had on him, BUT, he is going to have to be prepared to relate these suppressed feelings to his examiner. Otherwise, he will not prevail.

I am going to ask him to get copies of his patient notes cause my experience is that sometimes our Doctor visits are different than we think they are.

Do you think that that can happen by Tuesday, 10AM?
