Filed July 29, 2010 we received their reply August 5, 2010. Question, Regional Office called this morning and said they needed additional information? I thought that all they needed was a Form 21-8940 which I have a copy of. I did however send a cover letter stating his recent increases from 70% to 90%. What else is needed? Tried to call but you all know the routine, press 1, wait, press whatever. She's supposed to call back this afternoon. I need to bale hay and e does not do well over the phone. She didn't leave a name or her extension number. Oh well.

Sorry folks had a lot of things to take care of. Got SSDI and VA IU claims going on at the same time. LarryJ, E didn't swell, my hand did when I tried to kill the blame thing! You're right E should have and epi pen thanks. deviant thanks for the infromation.

E had a Warfarin check the 26th and also a SSDI Hearing. When we picked up his travel pay voucher at the VA we noticed that on his Future Appointments sheet he was supposed to have a C&P exam the 26th also. BTW we weren't notified. Here's what was listed, C&P/Chart Review Only-x--Patient Don't Report. We're hoping that we're in the short rows. What do you think?
