Ad Denied Sleep Apnea Compensation

Question

Has this ever happened? An active duty member diagnosed with sleep apnea andprescribed a CPAP machine while on active duty. Then the VA not compensate them for it when they get out? Just curious

If you can, remove your personal info and scan this decision. I wouls live to see it as it is a total farce. The only way they could do this is for you not to have chronicity of the condition now.

If not, then this is just part of the game. They didnt read your records.

Nod the decision and ask for reconsideration.

I know this sounds bad, but believe me this is not as bad as some of the decisions I have seen.

I don't see how a Veteran who was prescribed a CPAP Machine and diagnosed for sleep apnea could be denied by VA.
