Received New Evidence But I'm Past My One Year Mark

Question

If i file a new claim for a past denial (back , and spine) how will it affect my current situation (70% > 100% IU PTSD)

I'm currently past my one year limit for NOD etc.... I do have new evidence as to my proposed filing for spinal issues.

but I' am affraid the VA will mess with my awards for PTSD-- any thoughts wellcome THANX .

Probably it wont have any affect on your current approved claims. You just won't get the earlier effective date since you have to file to reopen the claim for the back. There is always a chance of a review but since you are IU I doubt it.
