Can anyone tell me if my wife can get health care through the VA. I am 100% TDIU and 70% service connected.

You need to check and see if your TDIU is rated Permanent and Total. If it is she is entitled to ChampVA which is pretty good Insurance.

You could always go ahead and enroll and see what they say. Many don't know if they are P&T which basically means no future exams

Yup, it means you're P&T. Have the spouse apply for the ChampVA.

No your wife cannot get health care through the VA Hospital. The VA did for a while let the wives of retired members use the Hospital, but had to stop that. Wish I could tell you your wife could, but it just can't be done. .
