Evidence For Tdiu

Question

I submitted a reconsider letter for a denied TDIU claim that is still pending. I have a funny feeling it will also be denied due to insufficient evidence or whatever. My question is, if it does come back denied and file a NOD, can I summit other injuries to the NOD or do I have to wait and file those injuries on another TDIU claim later on?

cooter,

Hopefully you submitted some additional credible and probable evidence along

with your request for reconsideration - or I think VBA will just continue the denial.

Also, Keep in mind that your one year NOD clock is still ticking even though you filed

a request for reconsideration.

I'm going to hope others chime in to answer the rest of your post.

My Dr wrote an IMO for me, but it wasn't formatted like the ones here on the forem. I was figuring since the claim was for TDIU I could add more to it, but not really sure. Thanks carlie!
