I'm seeing that it's common, but I have to ask. I went through my PTSD in July and it felt like it about killed me. The thought of another one is terrifying.
I'm rated 70% for PTSD, and another 20% for foot issues. My decision records that I just got say that all my conditions are static.
In the records of my C&P from July, the examiner wrote that my condition makes it very unlikely that I would be able to obtain employment.
I believe that my VA therapist has said the same thing in my progress notes (reading my MH notes is distressing so I avoid it).
Is there any way to find out if I'm likely to have to have another C&P for this? I thought that since the VA inferred a claim with my PTSD decision, that they would use the evaluation that had just been done.
