SUBJ: Final rule: Presumptive Service Connection for AL Amyloidosis

Purpose

A final rulemaking amending 38 CFR 3.309(e) by adding AL amyloidosis to the list of presumptive diseases associated with exposure to certain herbicide agents was published in the Federal Register on May 7, 2009, at 74 FR 21258.
