SUBJ: Fully Developed Claim Program

Purpose

This letter provides information and guidance on the implementation of the Fully Developed Claim (FDC) Program to process claims meeting FDC Criteria within a 90-day timeframe. This letter rescinds Fast Letter (FL) 08-48 and FL 10-16.
